My roomates Posh Spice and Scary Spice!!!(Alison and Rachel)
First of all I am sorry that I have been lacking in the blog posting department, since I got back from Christmas. I must say in my defense that nothing really exciting has occured here that was worth picture taking until recently. Our friend from church was having a birthday party and she had an "English" theme so people could dress up as someone from England if they chose. So my roomates and I decided that we would be the spice girls, yes you read correctly the spice girls. They were a popular singing group from England in the late 90's early 00's. In the group each member has a name; there is posh spice, sporty spice, ginger spice, scary spice and baby spice. Just guess which one I was? Baby spice of course!! I think I rocked it if I do say so myself. So here we are the Spice Girls!!

I was so excited to buy this jersey for Gavin!! I am glad he likes it and it fits!!
I loved being able to go home and surprise the majority of my family for Christmas!! It was so great!! This picture is to show my siblings reaction to me coming home!! Ha Ha!!
The Sunday before I left for Christmas vacation we had a huge snowstorm and our church was cancelled, so I decided that I would take a picture so everyone could see.
This is of a street decoration downtown as well. So pretty!!

Every year here in Boston, they do a huge event in which they light a big Christmas tree in downtown Boston. They have celebrities come and participate in the party, this year it was Brian Mcknight. My pictures of the actual tree did not turn out, so this tree is the one that is on top of the Macy's department store downtown. I thought it was beautiful.
Ok so in the craziness that is the Holidays, I have been very much a slacker in terms of doing my blog, so please forgive and here is some current stuff. So for Thanksgiving this year my roomates and I went to our Bishop's house and helped make pies and dinner. I am not in any sense of the word a cook. But this Thanksgiving I actually made a pie and even helped make sweet potatoes!! I am sure that when certain people read this posting that you will have to read it twice to make sure it said what you think it said. I cooked!! the picture above is me holding my amazing pumpkin pie!! Go Me!! oh and my roomates both made a pie as well.
