I was not the most loved person during scrabble. I kept coming up with little words that messed everybody's plan's up. This is a picture of one of my finer contributions. "BRA"

One of the only places we could find to eat was this cafe called Gulu-Gulu. It was this bar/ cafe place. It was a very interesting atmosphere. But the awesome thing about it was that the food was excellent and they had board games that you could play.

Our ward sent out an email saying that in Salem,MA there was a chocolate and ice sculpture fair that was free admission. You only would have to pay to do some of the different activities that were there. So Alison and I and a couple of our friends Andrew and Kristina decided that after everyone was done with work that we would go. We get there and we walk into a store and ask where we go for the sculptures. But we come to find out that the week before when it was so warm the sculptures became destroyed. That was kind of a bummer, but we decided to just get something to eat and then head home. This picture is of me and a statue that was in the center of town. I thought it was a good picture.

Alison and I tried to go to a movie a couple of weeks ago, but the lines were so long that we decided just to go and get a treat instead. There is this place called the Longhorn cafe right next to the theater, so we thought we would try there. I had fried cheesecake it was awesome!!! We thought it would be funny to take our pictures with one of the cows. Here is me and the cow!

Well the month of Janurary is over. For some reason it felt like a really long month to me. Anyway my last week of the month has been pretty uneventful. I have just worked and hung out with my roomates. Today in particular was a great day. I got up and got ready for church and went out into the living room to leave and my roomate noticed that all three of us were wearing the color purple. We thought that was really funny and when we got to church we realized that our friend Kristina was also wearing purple. Our relief society got a real kick out of that. We of course were bummed when nobody had a camera to mark this memorable event. But it was cool in the fact that our lesson in relief society was about unity. So you could say that we were united. But in all seriousness today church was really good. I had such a strong feeling of the spirit. Sometimes I just can't get over how amazing the gospel is!
